
Director, Growth Marketing
True Classic is seeking a results-oriented Director of Growth Marketing to lead our customer acquisition strategy and performance marketing efforts across paid social, search, programmatic, and affiliate channels. You’ll own the full-funnel growth engine — from strategic planning to tactical execution — with the goal of driving measurable, scalable customer growth and maximizing return on media investment. This high-impact role sits at the center of our marketing organization, ideal for a data-driven leader who thrives on experimentation, collaboration, and constant optimization.
All True Classic roles are global and omni-channel, driving accountability across product categories, geographies, and sales/marketing channels. This role will influence growth initiatives across diverse markets and platforms.
Key Areas of Accountability
Performance Marketing & Media Buying
- Develop and execute cross-channel paid media strategies across Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, programmatic, and affiliate platforms
- Manage and optimize an 8-figure annual media budget with a focus on CAC, ROAS, and LTV
- Lead A/B testing strategies across creative, audiences, and funnel stages
- Leverage data to inform real-time optimizations and long-term investment decisions
Affiliate Growth
- Oversee and scale True Classic’s affiliate marketing program in partnership with agencies and publishers
- Collaborate with influencers and content partners to drive high-converting traffic
- Monitor performance and refine commission structures to maximize ROI
Creative Strategy & Funnel Optimization
- Partner with creative and brand teams to develop performance-driven ad creative
- Define and iterate on DR creative briefs using performance data
- Launch and optimize customer acquisition funnels to improve conversion and LTV
Budgeting & Forecasting
- Own forecasting, spend pacing, and growth budget allocation
- Partner with Finance to model investment scenarios and align on performance targets
New Customer Acquisition & Channel Expansion
- Identify, test, and scale emerging growth channels and acquisition tactics
- Collaborate with CX and Retention to ensure seamless handoffs and customer lifecycle alignment
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Creative & Brand: Align on messaging, asset timelines, and creative strategy
- Finance & Leadership: Deliver performance reporting and budget recommendations
- Product & Tech: Partner on tracking, pixeling, and experimentation infrastructure
- Affiliate & Influencer: Ensure integrated content and growth strategies
- Analytics & Data: Build dashboards, attribution models, and cohort analysis tools
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in digital growth or performance marketing
- Proven track record of managing $10M+ annual paid media budgets
- Deep knowledge of paid social, search, programmatic, and affiliate platforms
- Strong understanding of attribution models and analytics tools
- Experience leading creative testing and developing high-performing DR creative
- Management experience (agencies and/or internal teams)
Preferred Requirements
- DTC e-commerce experience, especially in apparel or lifestyle brands
- Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, YouTube, Google Analytics 4
- Experience using platforms like Triple Whale, Northbeam, or Rockerbox
- Strong creative judgment and data storytelling skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment

Technical: Paid media platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube), affiliate tools (Impact, ShareASale), analytics dashboards, Excel/Google Sheets

Compensation and Benefits
- Salary Range: $140K-$180K
