As a Sales Associate at True Classic, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our brand.  Locally you will represent the Brand as a leader in the community.  Day in and out, you will be the face of the Brand to our customer, building relationships, listening, and relating using your excellent interpersonal skills, while guiding the customer to the best fitting product that meets their needs.

Most importantly, you are a high performer who consistently exceed sales goals & customer satisfaction metrics…..and of course you will support the business by executing great visual and operational merchandising standards.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Greet, welcome and engage with customers in a warm, inviting & personable manner.
  • Highly effective implementation of the TRUE Experience sales management process.  We will teach you to maximize revenue by delivering the experience each customer wants.
  • Provide assistance to each customer to select merchandise, including making recommendations based on individualized needs and preference.
  • Proficient in product and brand info educating the customer.
  • Answer customer questions about products and services in a knowledgeable and informative way.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store environment.
  • Participate in visual merchandising activities.
  • Meet or exceed sales goals on a consistent basis.
  • Consistently meet or exceed customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Stay up-to-date and knowledgeable on products and promotions.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of retail experience, with at least 1 year in a high-volume environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
  • Strong motivation and drive to succeed.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Physical Demands:

The Sales Associate must be able to:

  • Stand for long periods of time.
  • Lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Climb ladders and step stools.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment.
