
Senior Associate, Executive Support & Community Giveback
True Classic is seeking a Senior Associate, Executive Support & Community Giveback to provide high-level personal and administrative support to our Co-Founder while helping drive the company’s growing philanthropic initiatives. This unique role blends traditional executive assistant responsibilities with ownership of our $500K+ annual product donation program. The ideal candidate is highly organized, discreet, proactive, and passionate about making a social impact.
Note: This is an on-site role based in Calabasas, with preference given to candidates living in or near Thousand Oaks, Westlake Village, Agoura Hills, Calabasas, or Woodland Hills.
Areas of Accountability
Personal & Household Support
- Coordinate all personal travel, including flights, lodging, and ground transportation.
- Manage relationships with household vendors (e.g., cleaners, dog groomers, electricians) and ensure smooth day-to-day household operations.
- Proactively troubleshoot and resolve personal logistics and scheduling issues.
Executive & Administrative Support
- Manage complex calendars, appointments, and travel itineraries.
- Schedule business meetings, coordinate logistics, and ensure timely follow-up.
- Draft and manage correspondence, prepare reports, and track key projects.
- Support logistics for business and personal travel, occasionally traveling in advance to prepare accommodations.
- Lead special projects and handle ad-hoc requests with efficiency and discretion.
Community Giveback
- Own and allocate a ~$500K+ annual product donation budget
- Evaluate and approve donation requests
- Build partnerships with nonprofits and community organizations
- Manage the inbound donation pipeline and vetting process
- Track and report on impact metrics
- Coordinate logistics with ops, finance, and fulfillment
- Launch seasonal giving campaigns in partnership with Marketing
- Identify new community impact opportunities
- Maintain SOPs to ensure efficient and ethical giving practices
- Serve as an internal champion of True Classic’s social good efforts
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant in a fast-paced environment.
- A professional demeanor and a long-term commitment to a career in personal assistance.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (G-Suite), Slack, and other productivity tools.
- Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
- A high degree of discretion, trustworthiness, and reliability.
- Adaptability, with a calm and resourceful approach to shifting priorities.
Compensation and Benefits
- $80K - $100K base with competitive bonus
