This Opportunity  

We are looking for an energized content creator and social media manager for Truveta channels. As the Social Media and Content Creation Manager, you will build awareness of Truveta, drive engagement on our online properties, create campaigns and strategies to use social and online to cultivate the sales funnel, and help develop our brand voice aligned to our mission of Saving Lives with Data.  

The ideal candidate will have experience developing social media and digital content, building organic social handles, managing a comprehensive social media calendar, creating compelling written and visual content, and carefully optimizing efforts for maximum impact based on robust analytics.  

Responsibilities 

  • Drive growth for Truveta by building a comprehensive organic social media and content creation strategy to connect with customers, grow our audiences, and cultivate the sales funnel
  • Manage day-to-day ideation and execution of social media efforts, including developing a content calendar, owning and copywriting original content and posting, expanding content creation through video, animation and other multimedia, conducting social listening, identifying topical conversations to engage in, managing timelines, and communicating with stakeholders
  • Develop a comprehensive organic social media and brand awareness strategy to grow Truveta presence across LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms. B2B conversations and connections on LinkedIn is a priority
  • Conduct social media audits, set up reports and share insights using analytic tools, and synthesize learnings into actionable insights
  • Align social media efforts with overall GTM messaging, creative, and campaign timing to scale through social
  • Respectful stewardship of the Truveta brand
  • Work effectively across other Marketing, Sales and Operations teams 

Minimum Qualifications 

  • 3-5 years of experience in organic social media marketing and content development
  • Expertise in leading execution to drive growth of handles in LinkedIn and other platforms
  • Experience developing written and compelling social visual assets
  • Analytics and quantitative experience using data to develop, test and measure success across social media channels 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong project management and social leadership experience
  • Experience working with internal stakeholders
  • Experience working with external partners/customers
  • Ability to juggle many projects simultaneously, quickly create compelling content, and ensure deadlines are met  

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience with photo, design, video, and social media imagery best practices
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, start-up environment with demonstrable experience of driving significant growth
  • Experience with WordPress
  • Experience in influencer marketing development 
  • Experience in healthcare social media marketing a plus

  • The base pay for this position is $103,000 to $145,000. The pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target. Pay is based on several factors including location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles are eligible for additional compensation such as incentive pay and stock options.
