This Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled IT Manager to oversee and support our corporate technology infrastructure, support employee IT needs, and ensure smooth operations across our corporate systems. This role supports corporate managed devices (PC / Mac), support tickets, software licensing and rollout, physical conferencing and communication systems and coordinates with our security, compliance and tools teams on administration and approved 1st & 3rd party vendor relationships. This role also coordinates with our HR team for seamless HR/IT workforce management integration. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting both engineering teams as well as various corporate departments, troubleshooting industry-specific software, and optimizing technology workflows for efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and support computers with necessary software and protection.
- Coordinate with HR on automated process workflows for workforce lifecycle management.
- Schedule software rollouts & endpoint maintenance, and support email account holders.
- Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day computer issues.
- Diagnose and repair non-responsive Mac and PC laptops.
- Maintain licenses and support for department specific software.
- Manage IT spend including hardware inventory and conf systems within the scope of the IT budget
- Approve IT related invoices and support vendor relationships.
- Manage AV equipment, troubleshoot Wi-Fi, and support conference systems.
- Recommend and facilitate technology purchases that support business operations.
- People Management of IT staff.
Key Qualifications:
- Minimum five years of IT management experience, including Mac and PC environments.
- Experience with People management of IT team.
- Hands-on experience with MFA management.
- Predisposition for automation of workforce processes.
- Experience with IT infrastructure, SaaS and vendor management.
- Strong communication, troubleshooting, and deep technical problem-solving skills for IT challenges.
- A proactive and service-minded approach to IT support.
- Ability to balance multiple requests and projects efficiently including ad-hoc projects.
- Leadership and initiative to anticipate IT needs and drive improvements.
- Attention to detail for coordinating with security operations.
- Commitment to staying abreast of IT trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to enhance agency efficiency and security.

- The base pay for this position is $130,000-150,000. The pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target. Pay is based on several factors including location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles are eligible for additional compensation such as incentive pay and stock options.
