  • Build reporting and dashboards to provide leaders with insights into performance, attainment, and incentive impact.
  • Support annual compensation plan design and refresh cycles, incorporating market benchmarks and business strategy.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve compensation-related questions from stakeholders.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to streamline incentive operations and increase transparency.

Key Qualifications

Required

  • 3+ years of experience in Finance, FP&A, or related analytical roles, ideally with exposure to sales or incentive compensation.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a highly analytical field (e.g., Engineering, Math, Computer Science).
  • Strong Excel skills, with the ability to model scenarios, build reports, and analyze large datasets.
  • Experience with analytics or visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) and familiarity with financial and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, meet tight deadlines, and adapt in a dynamic, evolving environment.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset; able to explain complex analyses clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred

  • Experience designing or administering sales compensation or incentive programs.
  • Knowledge of industry benchmarks and best practices in sales compensation design.
