Marketing Operations Manager

Truveta is the world’s first health provider led data platform with a vision of Saving Lives with Data. Our mission is to enable researchers to find cures faster, empower every clinician to be an expert, and help families make the most informed decisions about their care. Achieving Truveta’ s ambitious vision requires an incredible team of talented and inspired people with a special combination of health, software and big data experience who share our company values.

Truveta was born in the Pacific Northwest, but our employees are located across the country. Our team values the flexibility of a hybrid work model and the ability to work from anywhere. In-person attendance is required at least once per year for our onsite company meeting.

For overall team productivity, we optimize meeting hours in the pacific time zone. We avoid scheduling recurring meetings that start after 3pm PT, however, ad hoc meetings occur between 8am-6pm Pacific time. #LI-remote

Who We Need

Truveta is rapidly building a talented and diverse team to tackle complex health and technical challenges. Beyond core capabilities, we are seeking problem solvers, passionate and collaborative teammates, and those willing to roll up their sleeves while making a difference. If you are interested in the opportunity to pursue purposeful work, join a mission-driven team, and build a rewarding career while having fun, Truveta may be the perfect fit for you.

This Opportunity

As Marketing Operations Manager, you will own the systems, data, and measurement that enable Truveta’s Growth Marketing organization — including Demand Generation, Digital Marketing, Account-Based Marketing (ABM), and BDM programs.

Reporting to the Director of Growth Marketing, this role ensures that Growth Marketing activity is accurately executed, tracked, and attributed within Salesforce and the broader revenue technology ecosystem. You will partner closely with Sales Operations to ensure alignment across systems, data models, and reporting, enabling clear visibility into marketing’s impact on pipeline, deal progression, and revenue across long, complex buying cycles.

This is a highly hands-on role for someone with deep Salesforce expertise who can translate complex attribution and engagement data into actionable insights for Marketing and Sales leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Own marketing operations in support of Growth Marketing, including Demand Generation, Events, Digital, ABM, and BDM programs
  • Serve as Growth Marketing’s subject-matter expert in Salesforce & HubSpot, ensuring accurate setup and measurement of campaigns, programs, and BDM activity
  • Maintain and update attribution models that reflect long, enterprise buying cycles
  • Maintain dashboards showing marketing and BDM contribution to pipeline creation, deal progression, velocity, and expansion
  • Ensure accurate campaign, event, digital, ABM, and BDM attribution across Salesforce and HubSpot
  • Manage and optimize Growth Marketing’s use of Salesforce and connected tools including Outreach, Highspot, ZoomInfo, and ABM platforms
  • Partner closely with Sales Operations to align lead, contact, account, and opportunity data models, lifecycle stages, and reporting
  • Enable measurement of BDM activity, including outbound programs, account engagement, and pipeline influence
  • Enable ABM measurement, including account engagement scoring, buying group visibility, and program influence reporting

Key Qualifications

  • 6–9+ years of experience in Marketing Operations or a closely related function
  • BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a highly analytical field (e.g., Engineering, Math, and Computer Science)
  • Advanced, hands-on Salesforce experience, particularly with campaigns, attribution, reporting, and data architecture
  • Strong understanding of enterprise marketing and BDM workflows
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Outreach, Highspot, ZoomInfo, and related sales and marketing tools
  • Ability to understand high-level sales strategies, translate them into system and process requirements, and ensure local execution and business impact
  • Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and systems-oriented
  • Strong cross-functional communication skills and experience partnering with Sales Operations
  • Positive attitude and flexible, especially in the period of month/quarter/year-end close
  • Proven ability to succeed in a fast paced and constantly evolving environment

Nice to haves:

  • Identify gaps and inefficiencies in Growth Marketing execution or measurement and drive continuous improvement
  • Translate operational and attribution data into clear metrics (Leads, MQLs, Ops) and insights for Growth Marketing and Revenue leadership
  • Support campaign and program execution by providing operational guidance, templates, and best practices
  • Enforce data governance standards for all marketing- and BDM-owned objects, fields, and processes
