Senior Enablement Analyst

Truveta is the world’s first health provider led data platform with a vision of Saving Lives with Data. Our mission is to enable researchers to find cures faster, empower every clinician to be an expert, and help families make the most informed decisions about their care. Achieving Truveta’ s ambitious vision requires an incredible team of talented and inspired people with a special combination of health, software and big data experience who share our company values.

Truveta was born in the Pacific Northwest, but we have employees who live across the country.  Our team enjoys the flexibility of a hybrid model and working from anywhere.  In person attendance is required at least once per year for an onsite meeting.

For overall team productivity, we optimize meeting hours in the pacific time zone. We avoid scheduling recurring meetings that start after 3pm PT, however, ad hoc meetings occur between 8am-6pm Pacific time. #LI-remote

Who We Need

Truveta is rapidly building a talented and diverse team to tackle complex health and technical challenges. Beyond core capabilities, we are seeking problem solvers, passionate and collaborative teammates, and those willing to roll up their sleeves while making a difference. If you are interested in the opportunity to pursue purposeful work, join a mission-driven team, and build a rewarding career while having fun, Truveta may be the perfect fit for you.

This Opportunity

The Enablement Analyst helps customers translate complex data products into practical, high-value workflows. This role partners closely with customer teams, solution engineers, product, and support to create clear, usable enablement materials that help customers understand the data model, create omni-modal patient journeys, and build successful analytics and machine learning use cases.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical fluency with clear communication and customer empathy. They can explain complex data concepts in a simple way, create documentation and notebooks that are easy to follow, and proactively identify where customers may need guidance to move from data access to insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop customer-facing enablement content, including notebooks, guides, FAQs, slide decks, and walkthroughs.
  • Facilitate large exports of omni-model data to customer environments.
  • Help customers understand the data model, including clinical, administrative, notes, and imaging tables and how they relate to one another.
  • Explain de-identification concepts, quasi-identifiers, and privacy considerations in a way that is practical for customer workflows.
  • Support customers using data for analytics, patient journey analysis, and predictive modeling using machine learning.
  • Create examples and best-practice materials that show how to structure cohorts, link tables, and validate outputs.
  • Partner with internal teams to identify common customer questions, gaps, and opportunities for improved documentation.
  • Translate technical product behavior into clear customer messaging, especially around profiles, date handling, suppression logic, and ML readiness.
  • Monitor customer needs and recommend enablement strategies that improve adoption and reduce friction.
  • Contribute to a scalable library of reusable enablement assets for technical users.

What Success Looks Like

  • Customers can confidently navigate the data model and build analyses and predictive models with less support.
  • Enablement materials are clear, accurate, and easy to reuse.
  • Customers understand how to use retrospective, privacy-preserving, EHR data appropriately in ML and analytics workflows.
  • Common support questions decline as documentation and examples improve.
  • Internal teams have a strong partner who can turn technically complex documentation into customer-ready guidance.

Qualifications

  • Experience in customer enablement, solutions consulting, analytics, or data science.
  • Strong ability to explain complex technical concepts in plain language.
  • Familiarity with healthcare data, EHR data, and images strongly preferred.
  • Comfort working with notebooks, data dictionaries, SQL, Python, or similar analytical tools.
  • Experience supporting technical customers in building analytics or ML workflows using omni-modal data.
  • Strong collaboration, organization, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with patient journey analysis, clinical data modeling, or omni-modal data.
  • Familiarity with imaging metadata and how it connects to clinical records.
  • Background in supporting enterprise or strategic customers with technical enablement.
  • Experience creating customer-facing materials for highly technical audiences.

Ideal traits

  • Customer-first mindset
  • Clear and concise communicator
  • Detail-oriented and reliable
  • Comfortable with ambiguity
  • Able to turn technical complexity into practical guidance
  • Proactive about identifying customer blockers before they become problems
