Responsibilities of the Executive Sales Administrator include, but are not limited to:
- Primary customer service contact for prospects who have questions about proposals or our services and products, and attend meetings when necessary
- Coordinate responses to requests for proposals (RFPs), including preparing narratives and case studies, coordinating pricing, and reviewing contracts
- Act as the primary business operations liaison for prospects and new clients during onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to service delivery.
- Facilitate requests for temporary or surge service in partnership with field operations.
- Manage relationships with third-party providers and subcontractors (uniforms, equipment, technology), including pricing, contract renewals, and service quality.
- Management of client budget needs and requests for adjustments or clarifications
- Monitor risk management compliance, including contract terms and certificate of insurance requirements
- Maintain Salesforce Lightning CRM data throughout the sales process.
- Represent company at industry and trade organization events as needed.
- Other duties may be assigned.
Qualifications of the Sales Administrator:
- Education and/or : Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years experience in project management, sales, hotel, administrative assistant, or related roles
- Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Ability to obtain a valid PERC.
- Language Skills: Must have the ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
- Other Qualifications: Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Knowledge of the Security industry is a plus, but not required. Ability to work unpredictable hours, including some evenings and weekends. Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check required.
Travel: Ability to travel to client and branch office locations in suburban Chicago and northwest Indiana. Less than 10% travel.
Salary & Benefits: Base salary is 70,000-80,000K, with a discretionary year-end bonus. Paid vacation and personal days, medical insurance, dental insurance, life and AD&D insurance, optional life and AD&D insurance, paid holidays, and 401(k) match.
