Titan Security Group is seeking Emergency Medical Technicians to join our team at a facility in the Mansfield, Ohio area. This is a great opportunity to make an impact by ensuring the health and safety of employees while representing a respected security and health services provider.
Position Summary
As an Emergency Medical Technician, you will provide first-line medical support, respond to on-site emergencies, and work in close partnership with both client health services staff and Marksman Titan Security leadership. Your role is critical in supporting workplace safety, injury prevention, and employee health programs.
Schedule: Rotating 12-hour shifts (6A–6P and 6P–6A, weekdays and weekends)
Starting Pay: $19.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to on-site medical emergencies and provide first aid within scope of certification.
- Assess patient conditions, administer treatment, and arrange referrals or medical transport as needed.
- Document patient assessments, treatments, and outcomes in accordance with protocols.
- Collaborate with employer teams on injury prevention strategies and routine safety rounds.
- Support OSHA medical surveillance programs (audiograms, EKGs, spirometry, respirator fit testing, etc.).
- Assist with drug and alcohol testing procedures.
- Provide patient education and assist with durable medical equipment use (wraps, splints, braces, crutches).
- Maintain and restock medical supplies, AEDs, and safety equipment.
- Support clerical and reporting functions including workers’ compensation documentation.
- Identify opportunities for safety and health program improvements.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of relevant experience
- Completion of an accredited program (certificate, diploma, or degree)
- EMT Basic Certification
- Strong communication, documentation, and emergency response skills
