Position Summary

This is a hands-on marketing role with a strong focus on market growth, events, relationship-building, content creation, RFP support, and sales enablement. The successful candidate will be a strong communicator, highly organized, and comfortable working across a range of marketing activities. They should enjoy building relationships, coordinating activities, and turning ideas into polished customer-facing content. 

This is a collaborative role that will require a close working relationship with our UK Sales Lead, the Senior Marketing Manager, and our technical subject matter experts. 

The objective of the Marketing Associate is to drive marketing activities for TTC Americas in conjunction with TTC’s group marketing team. This Marketing Associate will also work with TTC's customers and other vital departments such as Sales, Consulting Services, HR, Accounting, Operations, etc. to drive continued success and enhance TTC’s performance in the overall marketplace.

Responsibilities

  • Support, plan, and execute marketing activities designed to grow TTC Global’s presence in the UK market 
  • Assist in the planning and execution of UK conferences, sponsorships, customer events, roundtables, webinars, and internal activities.  
  • Attend events and help represent TTC Global professionally with customers, partners, and prospects.  
  • Work closely with sales and regional leadership to support priority accounts, campaigns, partnerships, and growth initiatives.  
  • Support the creation and execution of email campaigns, newsletters, event invitations, and follow-up communications.  
  • Support the preparation of RFP responses, proposals, presentations, and other customer-facing sales materials 
  • Help maintain and organize TTC Global’s library of marketing and sales assets.  
  • Work with internal teams and external designers where required to develop polished, on-brand marketing materials for the UK market 
  • Draft and edit copy for email, social media, event communications, presentations, proposals, case studies, and other marketing materials.  
  • Turn input from sales and technical teams into clear, customer-focused content.  
  • Support global marketing initiatives where required.  

Qualifications

  • Approximately 2–4 years of experience in marketing, events, business development support, communications, or a similar role.  
  • At least 1–2 years of hands-on event coordination experience 
  • Strong written English and demonstrated copywriting capability.  
  • Experience supporting the creation of customer-facing presentations, proposals, RFP responses, or similar business documents.  
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills.  
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.  
  • Strong attention to detail and a high standard of execution.  
  • Confidence working with a wide range of stakeholders, including sales teams, consultants, senior leaders, customers, and external partners.  
  • A proactive and collaborative working style.  
  • Willingness to travel to events and other in-person activities as required.  

Highly Desirable 

  • Experience in B2B technology, professional services, consulting, SaaS, or a similar environment.  
  • Experience supporting market growth or demand-generation activities.  
  • Experience with RFPs, tenders, proposals, or bid management.  
  • Experience using CRM or marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot.  
  • Experience with LinkedIn and other B2B social media channels.  
  • Experience with Canva, PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar tools.  
  • Experience working in a global or multi-region organization.  
  • Experience supporting account-based marketing or targeted customer campaigns.  

Working Arrangement 

This role is based in the United Kingdom and will require flexibility to attend TTC Global offices, customer locations, events, conferences, and team activities as needed. The role may also require occasional work outside standard UK business hours to support colleagues and marketing activities across TTC Global’s international time zones.
