💡 The Role

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager who lives and breathes B2B growth — someone who can turn our story, results, and creative edge into a magnet for new brand partners.

You’ll own the full funnel: strategy, execution, and optimization across digital, social, and content — all aimed at generating high-quality leads and building awareness of TubeScience’s capabilities among decision-makers.

This role is perfect for someone who’s equal parts strategist 🧠 and doer ☀️ — someone who can craft sharp messaging, build scalable campaigns, and track what’s working down to the ROI. You’ll be shaping how the world sees TubeScience and driving the conversations that lead to new business.


🎯 What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute a B2B marketing strategy focused on lead generation and brand awareness.

• Manage multi-channel campaigns (email, paid social, LinkedIn, SEO, content) that attract and nurture qualified leads.

• Partner with Sales to align messaging, targeting, and campaign follow-up to maximize conversion.

• Build the marketing funnel: track performance metrics, optimize campaigns, and report on ROI.

• Create compelling case studies, thought leadership content, and video marketing assets that showcase TubeScience’s value to prospective partners.

• Own the marketing tech stack — CRM, automation tools, analytics — to ensure seamless campaign execution and reporting.

👀 Who You Are

• 4–6 years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, or growth marketing (agency or SaaS background a plus).

• Proven ability to generate and qualify leads that drive revenue.

• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, analytics, and campaign optimization.

• Excellent communicator with a knack for storytelling and positioning.

• Data-driven, detail-oriented, and relentlessly focused on results.

• Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, creative environment.
