You’ll lead shoots designed to perform — directing talent to deliver authentic, high-energy moments while capturing clean, test-ready footage.

🎞️ Maintain TubeScience’s quality, metadata, and compliance standards

🧬 Who You Are

🎥 3–5+ years shooting/directing in fast-paced, digital-first environments (UGC, branded, or social)

🎬 Fluent across camera systems (iPhone → cinema) and lighting setups

🗣️ Strong communicator who can direct non-actors & influencers

🧠 Resourceful, organized, and lightning-fast

🤝 Confident leading sets while keeping energy and collaboration high
