About the Role:

We are looking for a VP Product, Core Experience to lead a team that will own the core experience of our app across platforms, and the distribution of Tubi to new platforms. This includes the information architecture, player experience, and discovery capabilities on OTT. This team will also be responsible for the end-to-end mobile strategy and experience.  

In this leadership role, you will collaborate closely with engineering, design, data science, operations, sales, and marketing to translate complex challenges into actionable product strategies that will fuel Tubi’s growth

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Contribute to the growth and development of the PM discipline at Tubi
  • Develop and execute the iOS and Android roadmap for growth-related feature development in collaboration with design, engineering, marketing, & analytics
  • Guide the end-to-end user experience across platforms, particularly in OTT and mobile, ensuring seamless integration and distribution of Tubi’s services
  • Be accountable for achieving company/board-level growth objectives
  • Drive growth in viewer adoption and engagement using data-driven product experiments
  • Understand blockers and develop creative experiments and solutions to overcome them

Your Background:

  • 10+ years of product management experience shipping consumer-facing product (entertainment-focused products and/or mobile development experience preferred)
  • Demonstrated experience driving product decisions based on data and performance insights
  • Ability to dive into complex technical challenges, particularly those involving mobile and OTT platforms
  • Experience working cross-functionally with design, data, sales and marketing teams to accelerate our growth
  • Strong experience developing and executing product strategies and roadmaps in high-growth environments, with a clear ability to work with and influence senior executives

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is listed annually below. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, long-term incentive plan, and various benefits including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.

California Compensation

Base ($334,000 to $477,000/year) + Bonus + Long-Term Incentive Plan + Benefits
