Job Summary 

We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Testing Engineer with 2+ years of experience to join our web and app development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our digital products through thorough testing, debugging, and validation. You will work closely with developers, designers, and product managers to identify issues and enhance the overall user experience. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Develop, execute, and maintain test cases for web and mobile applications. 
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, usability, and performance testing. 
  • Identify, document, and track bugs using bug-tracking tools (e.g., ClickUp, JIRA, Trello). 
  • Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues. 
  • Conduct manual and automated testing to ensure high-quality releases. 
  • Validate UI/UX elements against design specifications. 
  • Ensure applications meet security and accessibility standards. 
  • Continuously improve testing processes and contribute to best practices. 

Qualifications & Skills 

  • 2+ years of experience in QA testing for web and mobile applications. 
  • Proficiency in testing methodologies, tools, and processes. 
  • Experience with manual testing and familiarity with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Appium). 
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies. 
  • Knowledge of API testing tools (e.g., Postman) is a plus. 
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills. 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience with performance testing and security testing. 
  • Knowledge of scripting languages for test automation (e.g., Python, JavaScript). 
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
