About the job
This position is needed to operationalize and scale enterprise learning programs by providing high-quality coordination, logistics, and learner support across Twilio’s Talent Development portfolio.
This role sits at the center of execution. You will ensure learning experiences run smoothly end-to-end, from scheduling and communications to LMS administration and reporting. You’ll partner closely with program managers, facilitators, vendors, and People partners to deliver consistent, professional learning experiences that reflect Twilio’s standards and culture.
Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll:
- Coordinate logistics for virtual and in-person learning programs, including scheduling, calendar management, registrations, materials, and session setup.
- Administer learning platforms and tools (LMS, surveys, content libraries), ensuring accurate enrollment, completion tracking, and data integrity.
- Support program delivery by managing communications to learners, facilitators, and stakeholders before, during, and after sessions.
- Maintain program documentation, playbooks, and operating cadences to enable repeatable, scalable delivery.
- Partner with Talent Development program managers to support launches, pilots, and ongoing program operations.
- Track participation, completion, and basic program metrics; prepare summaries and reports for stakeholders.
- Coordinate with external vendors and internal facilitators to support contracting logistics, scheduling, and session readiness.
- Identify opportunities to improve learner experience and operational efficiency through process improvements.

*Required:
- 2–4 years of experience in learning coordination, HR operations, program coordination, or a related role.
- Experience supporting learning/enablement programs, training operations, or employee development initiatives.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, deadlines, and details simultaneously.
- Comfort working with learning technologies (Learning Management Systems,, Zoom, Google Workspace, survey tools); ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional environment.
Desired:
- Experience supporting enterprise or global learning programs.
- Familiarity with talent development, leadership development, or enablement programs.
- Experience coordinating vendors or external facilitators.
- Strong service orientation and attention to learner experience.
Location
This role will be remote, and based in Colombia.
Travel
