Opportunity 

We seek a highly motivated and results-driven Director of Partner Growth Marketing to join our growing Partner Growth Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive mutual success, ensuring alignment with the company's goals, and maximizing the value of our partnerships. You will work closely with internal teams and partners to deliver innovative solutions, strengthen relationships, and achieve long-term business growth.

As the Director of Partner Growth Marketing, reporting to the Vice President of Partner Growth Marketing, you will play a key role in expanding our member base by overseeing marketing campaigns and maintaining strong relationships with strategic partners. You will focus on driving member acquisition through successful partner launches, ongoing awareness, and deepening marketing relationships to ensure ongoing partner growth.  

This role involves strong cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Partner Success, Lifecycle Marketing, Marketing Operations, and Clinical Operations to align with the company's growth objectives. The ideal candidate will oversee partner marketing for enterprise partnerships and select self-insured employers, from sales support to ongoing growth, including sales presentations, marketing onboarding, program launches, and ongoing partner management to ensure success.

The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in B2B2C marketing, managing large enterprise accounts and self-insured employers, implementing best-in-class marketing strategies to drive membership growth, and building lasting relationships. In this role, you will be the primary marketing contact, facilitating seamless collaboration and delivering impactful marketing campaigns that drive positive outcomes.

Responsibilities 

  • Partner Relationship Management:
    • Build and nurture strong relationships with enterprise and employer partner marketing leads (marketing and communications teams) responsible for member marketing approvals and initiatives. 
    • Collaborate closely with partners to understand their unique needs, objectives, and member demographics, driving strategies that enhance member engagement and increase conversion rates.
    • Lead operational planning and readiness for all marketing needs for Enterprise and Self-Insured Employer partners.
    • Develop and maintain a communication framework to strengthen partner relationships and report key performance metrics to highlight the impact of marketing activities aligned with partner and business goals.
  • Campaign Planning and Execution:
    • Secure best-in-class marketing campaigns with partners to drive member growth.
    • Oversee the planning and launch of partner marketing campaigns. 
    • Work with marketing to create ongoing partnership materials, including toolkits, open enrollment resources, and other healthcare benefit assets that support driving member growth.
    • Collaborate with lifecycle marketing to guide partner marketing campaign journeys and partner-led communications, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives to drive member growth.
    • Develop and present annual marketing plans, including digital marketing, events, content creation, and other tactics to drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
    • Lead partner marketing program launches, ensuring timely execution of campaigns that effectively drive member growth.
    • Monitor and manage partner campaigns and communicate across teams changes in registration forecast and actuals as the owner of the partner account.
  • Strategic Alignment:
    • Present to prospects to establish marketing expectations and gather insights to determine value to Twin based on marketing campaigns and overall program design.  
    • Develop a deep understanding of Twin Health programs, marketing best practices, and operational processes, and effectively communicate them to partners to achieve desired outcomes.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth communication and execution of joint marketing initiatives.
    • Work closely with partners to identify and capitalize on joint marketing opportunities that align with the company's strategic priorities.
    • Ensure that partner marketing efforts contribute to the success of new product launches, promotions, and other key initiatives.
    • Accountable for projected registrations and actuals with action plans to address any misses or lapses in hitting targets and plans to scale successful tactics.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of partner marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights for optimization.
    • Regularly report on key performance metrics, demonstrating the impact of partner marketing activities on business objectives.
  •  Expanding within existing partners
    • Lead new program launches within existing book-of-business. 

Success Metrics

  • Member acquisitions, conversion rates, CAC, and partner growth. 
  • Successful and timely delivery of program launches.
  • Strong partner marketing/comms relationships.

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field. 
  • 8-10 years of experience working with Key Partners/Strategic Accounts within an employer enterprise digital healthcare space. 
  • Minimum 8-10 years of B2B2C experience in the healthcare, health tech, or health plan industry, working with marketing, communications, benefits, and/or human resources. 
  • Proven track record of managing and growing enterprise accounts.
  • Exhibits strong presence with the ability to confidently present to large in-person and virtual groups while effectively managing challenging situations.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and nurture strong partner relationships to drive sustainable growth.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and motivated to solve complex problems with a creative, can-do mindset in a high-growth environment.
  • Entrepreneurial and hands-on, with roll-up sleeves, get-it-done approach to deliver on partner marketing needs with a sense of urgency to drive results.  
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and maintain strong, positive relationships with external partners.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful partner marketing campaigns with partners to drive program awareness and registration.
  • Understanding of marketing principles, including content marketing, social media marketing, and email marketing 
  • Strategic thinker and the ability to identify mutually beneficial opportunities. 
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to measure campaign performance and identify areas for improvement 
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels. 
  • Ability to manage multiple partner relationships and campaigns simultaneously 
  • Strong business acumen is required to understand partner needs and identify mutually beneficial opportunities.
  • Proficiency in marketing software, analytical tools, and marketing automation / CRM platforms, such as Salesforce, Braze, and others.
  • Team player and drive forward thinking.
  • Passionate about changing healthcare for the better.
  • Willing and able to travel as needed.

Compensation and Benefits  

The compensation range for this position is $160,000-$180,000 annually.
