Job Location: IITM Research Park, Chennai
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various recruitment channels.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Ensure timely issuance of offer letters and maintain candidate communication.
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and events.
- Assist in implementing employee feedback mechanisms.
- Work on initiatives to enhance workplace culture and employee experience.
- Address and resolve employee grievances, ensuring a fair and supportive workplace.
- Handle employee insurance policies, including enrollment, claims, and renewals.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or employee engagement.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good working knowledge of Excel.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in HRMS platforms & ATS (Greenhouse would be an added)
