Inbound Sales Rep (Remote US Based)

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic individual with a passion for sales and a desire to build a long-term career in this field. As an Inbound Sales Representative, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers, handling online chat and phone inquiries with professionalism and empathy. You will be responsible for understanding the pain points of our prospects and providing tailored recommendations to help them succeed on our platform. This role is ideal for someone with 1-3 years of experience in a live chat sales environment, who possesses excellent communication and relationship-building skills, and who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic work setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage Prospects: Manage inbound chat threads and phone calls from prospects and leads, serving as the face of our brand.
  • Lead Development: Nurture inbound leads, provide in-depth product knowledge, and close new customers by identifying and addressing their business challenges.
  • Outreach Initiatives: Execute targeted outreach campaigns to generate new leads and expand business opportunities.
  • Product Expertise: Develop a deep and continuous understanding of our platform to effectively communicate its value to potential customers.
  • Customer Success Collaboration: Work closely with the Implementations team to ensure a smooth handoff after a prospect converts to a paying subscriber.
  • Process Improvement: Take initiative to identify areas for improvement in our sales process and propose actionable solutions.
  • Adaptability: Maintain flexibility and adaptability in a rapidly changing industry and market, always staying ahead of trends and customer needs.

Experience and Skills:

  • Sales Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a fast-paced, sales environment, particularly with cold/warm calling and live chat interactions.
  • SaaS & Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with SaaS platforms and the massage industry is a plus but not required.
  • Proven Success: Demonstrated success in an activity-based sales process, including cold calling and lead qualification.
  • CRM Proficiency: Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM software.
  • Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication skills, with a passion for helping small business owners overcome challenges and achieve growth.
  • Goal-Oriented: Self-motivated with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Resilience & Empathy: Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing circumstances, with a resilient and empathetic approach to customer interactions.
  • Time Management: Exceptional time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy work environment.

Salary Range Disclosure
The base range represents the low and high end of the Togetherwork salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on factors including, but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Togetherwork’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include discretionary bonuses, long term incentives, a flexible paid vacation/personal time policy, 6 weeks paid parental leave and more.

US Remote: $45,000- $50,000 USD per year plus bonus
