Operations Enterprise Applications Specialist

Togetherwork Operations is looking for a Zendesk System Specialist to join us. We're looking for an employee who would handle the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of Zendesk. You need written and verbal communication skills and a results-oriented outlook. Resourcefulness is a necessary skill in this role. You should be able to diagnose and resolve problems quickly. You should also have the patience to communicate with a variety of interdisciplinary teams and users. This is a full-time job at 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

  • Perform administration tasks, including user/group administration, security permissions, group policies, and resource monitoring
  • Troubleshooting unexpected behavior, and act as a liaison between internal teams and technical support
  • Work with the Operations Enterprise Applications team to manage tasks and projects – including scheduling meetings, editing and sending follow ups, and maintaining SOPs
  • Perform routine/scheduled audits of the systems
  • Help with migrations and implementations for newly acquired companies

 Requirements

  • Experience with Zendesk and monday.com preferred
  • Proficiency with Windows OS/MS 365
  • Must be able to work from home independently and in a team setting.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to quickly assimilate to new technology
  • Ability to work under pressure, both independently and within a team, in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including active listening, reading comprehension, speaking, and writing.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and proactively handle obstacles
  • Ability to understand and relate to our internal customers' needs, objectives, and goals
  • Professional, confident demeanor 

Salary Range

US Remote: $45,000
