Integrations Specialist – Procurement & Punchout Integrations (Hybrid in South San Francisco)
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Integrations Specialist to join the Information and Business Technology (IBT) organization. The Integrations Specialist is responsible for onboarding B2B customers into Twist Bioscience’s digital procurement ecosystem by implementing punchout and related procurement integrations. This role owns the technical enablement process from intake through go-live, working closely with customer procurement and IT teams, third-party middleware providers, and internal stakeholders.
We will consider candidates at the Senior level as well.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end implementation of customer punchout integrations. From leading kick-off calls to configuration, test, validation, to coordinating production go-live.
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for customer procurement and IT teams, third-party middleware providers, internal IT and business stakeholders.
- Track integration timelines, dependencies, and risks
- Identify and flag out-of-scope or high-risk requirements
- Maintain standardized documentation for each integration along with comprehensive documentation related to integration processes, system requirements, and troubleshooting guides.
- Diagnose and resolve integration issues promptly, coordinating with internal teams and partners as needed.
- Provide formal hand-off to Customer Success after go-live
- Support post go-live stabilization as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in a technical support or application engineering role, focusing on procurement systems and integrations
- Experience with B2B procurement systems (Coupa, Jaggaer, SAP Ariba, Oracle/PeopleSoft)
- Familiarity with punchout technologies (cXML, OCI) and order transmission methods (PO, EDI concepts)
- Ability to work in a fast paced, agile development environment
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills
- Customer-centric mindset and a strong sense of customer empathy
- Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple integrations in parallel
- Comfortable working with technical and non-technical audiences
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Order to Cash processes
- Familiarity with eCommerce platforms, Business Applications such as Salesforce.com and SAP

San Francisco Bay Area Pay Range
$87,698 - $110,389 USD
