Overview of opportunity 

Two Six Technologies seeks a Senior Director of Strategy for INDOPACOM. The Senior Director of Strategy for INDOPACOM will lead strategic account management, revenue growth initiatives, and work directly with internal and external stakeholders to shape and advance national security priorities in the INDOPACOM AOR. This senior role will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to expand the Two Six Technologies portfolio across the INDOPACOM theater while building and maintaining critical relationships with military leadership, government officials, and key stakeholders. This position is Located in Oahu, Hawaii.

What you will do:

Strategic Leadership & Planning

  • Implement the campaign strategy for INDOPACOM and facilitate, in close partnership with the product and sales teams, new business opportunities across TST’s BUs.
  • Lead strategic planning processes for INDOPACOM market penetration and expansion
  • Analyze geopolitical trends, defense spending patterns, and emerging threats to inform strategic decisions
  • Work across the BUs to develop multi-year roadmaps for technology deployment and capability development across the region
  • Help shape product road mapping to meet emerging CCMD priorities

Account Management & Relationship Building

  • Serve as primary relationship owner for INDOPACOM leadership and key stakeholders
  • Serve as the client primary point of contact and focal for coordination across TST 
  • Identify client needs and propose effective TST solutions to drive growth and address their specific challenges
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with flag officers, senior civilians, and acquisition executives

Business Development & Growth

  • Drive revenue growth through identification and capture of high-value opportunities
  • Collaborate with BD and Product Sales teams 
  • Develop detailed account plans and call plans and track opportunities/pipeline 
  • Coordinate across BUs and TST for the entire sales cycle from initial contact thru contract award
    • Manage/coordinate the end-to-end sales process
    • Prioritize resources across TST/BUs for prospecting, qualifying leads, delivering presentations, RFI/RFPs and closing deals
    • Proactively prospect and network to uncover new sales opportunities
    • Update pipeline and provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and forecast to inform leadership and guide strategy
    • Awareness/contribute to agreements with industry/partners

Market Intelligence & Analysis

  • Monitor competitive landscape and threat assessments across the INDOPACOM region
  • Analyze budget cycles, acquisition timelines, and procurement processes for key allies and partners
  • Provide strategic intelligence on emerging requirements and capability gaps
  • Stay informed about market environment, industry trends, and competitive analysis to position the company effectively
  • Use market intelligence and client feedback to adjust strategies and identify new growth areas
  • Coordinate with marketing and communications to drive external brand 
  • Prioritize and coordinate across TST/BUs on conferences, speaking panels and messaging    
  • Maintain awareness of and stay engaged on significant policy, program, budget, and legislative initiatives affecting TST’s INDOPACOM goals and strategy

What you will need (basic qualifications)

  • Located in Oahu, Hawaii
  • Eligibility to obtain a TS/SCI 
  • Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management skills

Nice to haves (preferred)

  • Current TS/SCI strongly preferred

The projected salary range listed for this position is annualized. This is a general guideline and not a guarantee of salary. Salary is one component of our total compensation package and the specific salary offered is determined by various factors, including, but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills, geographic location, as well as contract specific affordability and organizational requirements.

Salary Range

$185,200 - $351,900 USD
