Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Director of Enterprise Sales, EMEA to lead our high-performing enterprise sales organization across the EMEA region. You will be responsible for setting and executing our regional sales strategy, scaling our go-to-market motion, building and mentoring a world-class team, and driving significant revenue growth in the enterprise segment. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of selling SaaS or AI/MarTech solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the EMEA enterprise sales strategy, driving execution to exceed regional revenue targets and KPIs.
- Lead and develop a team of Enterprise Sales Directors, Managers, and Account Executives across multiple countries and markets.
- Understand client needs and pain points, and position our AI-driven MarTech solutions as transformative tools to meet business objectives.
- Forecast, manage pipeline, and report on regional sales performance with accuracy and strategic insight.
- Partner closely with Marketing, Sales Ops, and Product to align on go-to-market strategy, campaign execution, and customer feedback loops.
- Drive new logo acquisition as well as expansion opportunities within existing enterprise accounts.
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with top strategic accounts.
- Ensure effective hiring, onboarding, coaching, and career development for your team.
- Maintain a high-performance sales culture focused on accountability, integrity, and results.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of enterprise sales experience, with at least 5+ years in sales leadership roles managing multi-country teams in EMEA in the Martech space.
- In-depth understanding of SaaS, AI, or MarTech products, solutions, and challenges
- Deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles, procurement processes, and competitive landscapes in EMEA.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, coach, and scale high-performing teams.
- Excellent executive presence and communication skills.
- Fluent in English; other EMEA languages a strong plus.
- Willingness to travel as needed across the region.
