About the job

As Creator Marketing & Talent Success Lead, you will own the end-to-end experience for public figures on Uare.ai. This is a versatile role spanning talent success, creator marketing, community building, and events, requiring both technical fluency and strong relationship-building skills.

You will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, activating, and retaining creators while building programs that help them succeed commercially and creatively on the platform. You will serve as the primary owner of all creator-facing initiatives and play a critical role in shaping the creator ecosystem at Uare.ai.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in early-stage environments, is deeply embedded in the creator community, and is comfortable operating across strategy and execution.

 

Responsibilities

Talent Success

  • Own the onboarding, activation, and success lifecycle for creators
  • Develop playbooks, frameworks, and best practices to help talent succeed on the platform
  • Serve as the primary relationship manager for the creator community
  • Proactively identify friction points, success signals, and opportunities for product improvement
  • Translate creator feedback into actionable insights for product and leadership

 

Creator Marketing

  • Design and execute co-marketing initiatives that help creators grow reach, engagement, and revenue
  • Partner with creators on launches, campaigns, and platform-led activations
  • Develop creator-led storytelling, case studies, and success narratives
  • Position Uare.ai as the premier platform for serious creators

 

Talent Sourcing & Recruitment

  • Source and recruit creators, writers, & podcasters from platforms such as Substack/Beehiiv, Instagram, TikTok, Twitch, Spotify, and YouTube, and emerging creator platforms
  • Build and manage a high-quality creator pipeline aligned with platform goals
  • Evaluate talent fit based on audience quality, credibility, content style, and platform alignment

 

Community Building

  • Build and nurture a trusted, high-signal creator community
  • Create programs, rituals, and touchpoints that foster engagement and long-term retention
  • Establish feedback loops that strengthen community health and product alignment
  • Act as a connective layer between creators, product, and marketing

 

Events & Programming

  • Plan and execute creator-focused events (virtual and in-person)
  • Support workshops, AMAs, activations, and community gatherings
  • Partner on larger platform moments, launches, and ecosystem initiatives
  • Ensure events drive activation, retention, and storytelling outcomes

 

 

Requirements

  • 4–7+ years of experience across success, partnerships, community, and marketing
  • Strong technical literacy; comfortable understanding and explaining complex products
  • Experience working directly with creators, or talent-driven ecosystems
  • Proven ability to manage relationships while executing programs end-to-end
  • Experience running community programs, talent initiatives, or events
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and wearing multiple hats in a startup environment
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong sense of creator and brand voice

 

 

Bonus Points

  • You are a writer, director, or video creator yourself
  • Experience working with AI, SaaS, or emerging technology platforms
  • Background in talent partnerships, ambassador programs, or ecosystem growth
  • Experience launching or scaling early-stage community or talent programs
  • Strong intuition for creator economics and incentives

The expected base compensation for this position is below. Our total compensation package for full-time employees includes equity and a comprehensive benefits package.
