Opportunity
The Solutions Consultant plays a critical role in demonstrating the value of the UJET platform and helping to drive contact center transformation. You will collaborate with prospects, customers, and the Sales team, providing technical pre-sales support and leading the overall solution design to satisfy customer requirements and accelerate platform adoption. This position also supports internal departments across the organization as a technical resource and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for cloud contact center. Solution Consultants must have broad and deep expertise across the range of contact center management and operational methodologies, processes, and best practices.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the value proposition of the UJET platform and solution through highly customized product demonstrations.
- Collaborate with your dedicated Account Executive in a fast-paced sales environment to identify and uncover customer business goals, needs, and pain points.
- Act as the voice of the customer and collaborate with UJET’s Product and Engineering teams on strategic roadmap initiatives to accelerate growth.
- Create strategic and technical sales strategies, presentations, and product demonstrations for enterprise customers.
- Leverage your knowledge of the platform to create scalable, technical demonstrations, and proof-of-concept use cases for the wider Solutions team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent experience
- At least 3+ years in a client-facing sales, presales, consulting, or technical architect role selling CCaaS
- Telephony or Contact Center experience.
- Proficiency and experience successfully imploring various sales methodologies (preferably MEDDIC or MEDDPICC)
- Hands-on experience working with one or more popular CRM systems (Salesforce, Zendesk, Microsoft Dynamics, ServiceNow, Kustomer, Oracle, Hubspot, Freshdesk or any home-grown CRM)
- Proven team player – experience selling with an AE
- Experience with technology stacks including CRM, communication platforms, analytics, personalization technologies, AI Tools and homegrown customer databases
- Highly dependable, self-starter, and high energy with a positive attitude.
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and presentation
- RFI / RFP Answering
- 20 - 30% Travel Required within your region
Annual UK Hiring Range: £75,000 - £100,000 (+ Variable Compensation)
