We’re looking for a Residential HVAC Install Manager who is a strong leader of people, quality, and performance. This role is responsible for leading installation teams, ensuring top-tier workmanship, and delivering an exceptional customer experience on every job.

The Role (What You’ll Lead)

This is a hands-on leadership role focused on leading installation teams and ensuring every job meets company standards.

You will:

  • Lead and support install crews
  • Ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and at a high level of quality
  • Drive team accountability and job performance
  • Deliver a consistent, professional customer experience

This is not a desk-only role—you’ll be in the field, supporting crews, inspecting jobs, and leading by example.

 

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Accountability

  • Lead, coach, and hold installation teams accountable to quality and performance standards
  • Build a culture of ownership, professionalism, and results
  • Set clear expectations and ensure consistent execution

Performance & Execution

  • Ensure jobs are completed:
    • On time
    • To company quality standards
    • With proper job site organization
  • Maximize job board efficiency and crew productivity
  • Identify gaps and drive immediate improvement

Coaching & Development

  • Train and mentor installers to maintain high workmanship standards
  • Develop team members through hands-on coaching and support
  • Reinforce best practices in installation quality and efficiency

Customer Experience

  • Communicate professionally with customers on job progress and expectations
  • Ensure a clean, respectful, and high-quality experience on every install
  • Handle escalations with urgency and professionalism

Standards & Safety

  • Ensure proper documentation, job notes, and job completion accuracy
  • Uphold all safety protocols and company policies
  • Maintain compliance with installation standards and procedures

 

What We’re Looking For

  • 24+ years old with a valid driver’s license and insurable record
  • Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen
  • Proven experience in HVAC installation (residential preferred)
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and hold accountability
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred:

  • EPA certification
  • Apprentice or Journeyman License

  • Monday–Friday
