We’re looking for a HVAC Sales Manager who is a strong leader of people, performance, and results. This role is responsible for developing Comfort Advisors, driving revenue, and ensuring a world-class customer experience from start to finish.

What You’ll Get
- Base Salary: $80,000+ DOE
- Performance Bonus: Uncapped earning potential based on team success

The Role (What You’ll Lead)
This is a leadership role focused on building a high-performing residential sales team.
You will:
- Lead and develop Comfort Advisors
- Drive revenue, close rate, and average ticket performance
- Coach consistent sales process and customer experience
- Set the tone for professionalism, accountability, and results
This is not a desk-only role—you’ll be actively in the field conducting ride-alongs, coaching, and developing your team daily.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Accountability
- Lead, coach, and hold Comfort Advisors accountable to performance standards
- Build a culture of ownership, professionalism, and results
- Drive daily execution through clear expectations and communication
Performance Focus
- Drive team results
- Track performance and implement improvement strategies
Coaching & Development
- Conduct ride-alongs, call reviews, and real-time coaching
- Train on:
- Sales presentation and communication
- Objection handling and closing techniques
- System design and solution-based selling
- Develop underperformers through structured improvement plans
Customer Experience
- Ensure a consistent, high-quality customer journey
- Handle escalated customer concerns with urgency and professionalism
- Reinforce ethical sales practices and accurate recommendations
Standards & Consistency
- Review job scopes, equipment selections, and pricing accuracy
- Ensure proper documentation and CRM usage (ServiceTitan preferred)
- Maintain consistency across the sales process
Team Growth & Engagement
- Participate in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring new advisors
- Foster a positive, competitive, and growth-oriented team culture
- Recognize top performers and drive engagement
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in sales leadership, coaching, or management
- Strong track record of driving revenue and hitting performance goals
- Ability to coach, influence, and hold accountability
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Customer-first mindset with a focus on experience and results
Preferred:
- Experience in residential HVAC or home services sales
- Experience with ServiceTitan or similar CRM
