Your First 90 Days

In your 30 days, you’ll focus on learning our business, building relationships, and gaining a clear understanding of our current delivery operations. You’ll familiarize yourself with our core systems (Salesforce, Unanet PSA, Monday, and related reporting tools), and learn how projects move from sales through implementation and onto customer success. You’ll meet key stakeholders across Professional Services, Sales, Customer Success, Product, Operations, and Finance, as well as get to know your team. You’ll also begin reviewing our existing PMO practices, delivery processes, governance frameworks, and operational metrics to understand where we are today and what opportunities exist to improve.

By the end of day 60, you’ll have begun to formalize how our PMO will evolve. Building on what you’ve learned thus far, you’ll develop a roadmap for improving delivery, project visibility, and performance. You’ll evaluate the structure, roles, and capacity of our Project Management team to ensure it supports current and future growth. You’ll also identify opportunities to strengthen project lifecycle standards, improve reporting, and create clearer visibility into project health, risks, and dependencies. In partnership with Finance, you’ll assess resource planning and services forecasting processes.

By day 90, you’ll be implementing your roadmap and driving more consistent outcomes. You’ll establish a repeatable framework for tracking performance and metrics, and begin developing a centralized dashboard that brings together data from our PSA, CRM, and delivery systems. As delivery standards and project lifecycle practices take shape, you’ll work with leadership to align on a longer-term PMO roadmap and operational improvement plan that will continue to strengthen delivery predictability, outcomes, and services performance.

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
