You will partner closely with customers, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to define solution strategy, guide large-scale implementations from discovery through deployment, and serve as a subject matter expert across Unanet’s ERP portfolio.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide functional and technical expertise in the pre-sales process by translating business requirements, advising on best practices, and identifying solution opportunities across multiple product lines.
  • Learn and analyze customers’ business, functional, and operating requirements and serve as a subject matter expert in designing high-impact, holistic solutions, including third-party integrations.
  • Translate customer requirements into product configuration, standards, and repeatable implementation approaches.
  • Provide oversight and execution from discovery through solution design, ensuring large-scale implementations are positioned for successful delivery and adoption.
  • Offer ongoing support and guidance during deployment phases, partnering with Consulting and Customer Success to drive high-quality outcomes.
  • Analyze and manage complex escalations, coordinating the right internal resources to resolve issues and protect customer relationships.
  • Draft custom reports and tailor configurations or solutions to meet specific customer needs.
  • Identify and drive expansion and adoption opportunities for Unanet’s product offerings within existing accounts.
  • Participate in project planning and proactively manage executive-level customer, partner, and stakeholder relationships.
  • Provide mentorship and support to other members of the implementation team, sharing best practices and implementation expertise.

Your First 90 Days

In your first 30 days, you will:

  • Attend New Hire Orientation and meet key team members across Professional Services and other departments.
  • Review pre-recorded Unanet feature videos, with targeted focus on obtaining certifications in each functional practice area (e.g., A/P, A/R, GL, Project Management, etc.).
  • Complete the first four (4) weeks of your onboarding plan, including topic-based product, process, and practice training alongside hands-on learning opportunities.
  • Begin working with your Consultant mentor, shadowing implementation calls and actively participating in Q&A sessions.
  • Prepare for and participate in weekly 1:1 sessions with your manager to align on expectations, priorities, and progress.
  • Start building internal relationships within your immediate team and the broader Professional Services organization.

In your first 60 days, you will:

  • Continue to shadow implementations while progressing through your defined 12-week onboarding plan.
  • Attend all available training sessions and webinars to deepen your product and domain expertise.
  • Partner with your manager and mentor to define a plan for your first feature(s) or functional areas to begin leading in implementations.
  • Attain all assigned LMS certifications, demonstrating competency across core Unanet practice areas.

In your first 90 days, you will:

  • Continue to shadow implementations as needed while working through the defined training plan to close remaining knowledge gaps.
  • Lead all or selected portions of client implementations, taking ownership of discovery, configuration, or solution design workstreams as appropriate.
  • Achieve an initial 30% billable utilization target, demonstrating your ability to contribute meaningfully to customer projects.

Who You Are

  • 5+ years’ experience in multi-phase ERP implementations, ideally in complex, enterprise environments.
  • 5+ years’ consulting experience or experience leading consultants, with a demonstrable track record of meeting realization and utilization targets.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively and partner with clients, partners, and colleagues at all levels, including executives.
  • Demonstrated ability to craft and articulate strategic solutions that align technology with business goals.
  • In-depth knowledge of implementation methodologies and best practices for ERP or related enterprise applications.
  • Broad product and industry experience, including product or functional expertise relevant across Unanet’s portfolio (e.g., ERP, CRM, and PSA SaaS products) and customer industries (GovCon, Architecture, Engineering, and Construction).
  • Ability to travel as needed to support customer engagements, team collaboration, and key events.

Your Differentiators

  • Strong ability to positively influence decision makers and stakeholders, guiding them toward best-practice recommendations.
  • High level of professional creativity and problem-solving ability, with a focus on customer outcomes.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with experience managing multiple workstreams or projects in parallel.

Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
