Role Profile:

As a Project Manager Construction, you will identify and report to Principal Delivery, whilst operating in compliance with ethical practices. You will be responsible for project close out and lead the integration of disciplines across the project.

 

Responsibilities not limited to:

  • Ensuring projects meet financial targets
  • Fostering thorough understanding of project terms (contract) and Unispace 80/20 methodology
  • Executing project delivery strategy
  • Ensuring all monthly financial project reports are reviewed for accuracy and profitability
  • Managing client and supply chain vendors (project specific stakeholders)
  • Effective client communication throughout the delivery phase
  • Leading the integration of disciplines (strategy, client relations, business development, marketing & communications, design, project management) to enable the effective delivery of our Unispace 80/20 methodology within projects
  • Optional if accountable for managing a team: Leading and developing a high performing local project delivery team
  • Collaborating across disciplines, regions, studio
  • Managing the performance of consultants
  • Contributing to the creation of a high performing, innovative team environment
  • Effective internal communication throughout all phases of the project
  • Ensuring alignment to the culture, values, and behaviors of Unispace

 

About you

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working as a Project Manager on construction projects. Experience managing and coordinating subcontractor trades and also be proficient in the use of Microsoft Project and Construction Project Management software, Vista and Procore. Candidates who have led teams are also preferred. You must also need to be able to speak fluent English & German
