Responsibilities
The Senior Marketing Manager will play a key role in developing and executing UVVC’s comprehensive marketing strategy, with a focus on building brand awareness, content marketing, and driving patient growth.
- Brand Management: Oversee all aspects of our UVVC brand, including messaging and content, tone of voice, and visual identity. Ensure consistency across all marketing materials and channels.
- Patient Testimonials: Develop and implement a robust patient testimonial program to collect, curate, and showcase positive patient experiences.
- Social Media: Proficient in social media strategies, content creation and management.
- Content Marketing: Review and approve content for brand guideline adherence. Create engaging and informative content for various marketing channels, including our website, social media, and patient education materials.
- B2B Marketing: Support our B2B marketing efforts, with a focus on print collateral. Develop and execute targeted campaigns to provide our team to build strong relationships with referring physicians.
- Marketing Operations: Oversee our marketing team members to ensure efficient and timely fulfillment of marketing support requests across all departments.
- Project Management: Manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Stay Ahead of the Curve: Research and stay up to date on the latest marketing trends and technologies in the healthcare industry.
Duties to include but are not limited to:
- Responsible for the day-to-day management and audits of print advertisements, including websites and internal marketing materials.
- Collaborate with clinical practice managers and business development teams to develop and/or adjust marketing materials for assigned centers.
- Coordinate with third party vendors for print & promo, photography, and other media needs.
- Create and design internal communication methods for events, newsletters, and other related materials.
- Create, proofread, and edit copy for various marketing channels, ensuring a consistent voice.
- Evaluate and monitor print performance on an ongoing basis by analyzing key metrics and creating comprehensive reports.
- Manage relationships with external vendors to ensure high-quality and timely execution of marketing programs, and to ensure competitiveness.
- Lead creative, social media, and media teams to develop and implement marketing strategies, as well as influence their support of brand initiatives.

- Maintain the confidentiality and security of Protected Health Information (PHI) in accordance with UVVC policies, the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), and other applicable laws and regulations. PHI is a top priority of our organization.
- Related duties as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of brand management principles.
- Excellent writing and editing skills.
- Experience with content marketing, including content creation and management.
- Proficiency in marketing automation and analytics tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in a wide range of marketing functions.
- Must be an organized multitasker, able to handle many diverse projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
- Able to embrace and adapt to new system technologies to support the business.
- Dependable; able to meet reliable attendance and punctuality standards for the role.
