- Translate complex healthcare and social care data concepts into clear, actionable insights for customers with varying technical backgrounds.
- Analyze row-level flat-file datasets, including claims (837 or proprietary formats), eligibility files (834), member rosters, provider rosters, and social care data extracts.

- Architect scalable data integration and transformation solutions that align customer needs with internal technical capabilities.
- Provide technical leadership across delivery teams, ensuring consistent execution of best practices and methodologies.
- Support onboarding, testing, and deployment activities, including validation of file formats, mapping logic, and key outputs.
- Lead resolution of complex data challenges and escalations requiring deep subject-matter expertise.
- Partner with engineering, data, product, QA, and customer success teams to ensure solutions meet functional and technical expectations.
- Influence roadmap priorities by identifying customer trends, data challenges, and opportunities for product enhancement.
- Contribute to internal documentation, process improvements, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Mentor analysts, providing guidance on data analysis techniques, customer engagement approaches, and solution strategies.
- Help establish standards and frameworks for data requirements, validation, and delivery across the organization.
You’re a great fit for this role if:

- Proven ability to lead customer meetings and engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working directly with third parties to resolve data structure, format, or integration issues.
- Demonstrated ability to design and deliver complex, multi-source data solutions.
