Department: Product Delivery

About the Role: The Enterprise Implementation Manager will primarily support our remote implementation model. This role will also occasionally support our Enterprise Services Delivery model, which focuses on temporarily embedding Unite Us team members in the early stages of partnership with customers who have significant business impact to provide expedited delivery and early ROI. The Implementation Manager will work with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, to proactively assess customer workflows and system adoption and consult with the customer to celebrate successes. This role includes a willingness to travel occasionally for customer needs, proven experience in managing customer relationships, and an ability to proactively identify risks and respond appropriately to rapidly changing situations. Implementation Managers are strong collaborators and work across departments and teams to ensure a seamless delivery of our solutions. The Implementation Manager is a detail-oriented or execution-focused individual with strong project management, customer management, and communication skills. They must have the ability to think on their feet and demonstrate expertise in executing a best-in-class implementation process. This role requires a process- and solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to drive operational efficiencies and decrease time to value for our customers.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead small- to large-scale implementations from end-to-end, acting as both the project manager and the customer point of contact during the implementation, including leading customer meetings, conducting workflow assessments, planning and executing configurations, and overseeing go-live support
  • Manage the successful delivery of all contracted solutions, ensuring cross-team dependencies are identified and completed in a timely manner, confirming that internal specialized teams have the information needed to complete assigned deliverables
  • Manage and scope customer collateral needs such as training plans, client-specific workflow documentation, and marketing collateral
  • Guide customers through project plan development and execution of a Coordinated Care Network
  • Develop relationships with program or day-to-day stakeholders, community partners, service providers, and other stakeholders in the health and human services space to launch coordinated care networks
  • Plan, manage, and monitor projects for customers with varying complexities
  • Lead standard technical implementations, such as SAML SSO
  • Maintain accuracy of all internal systems to warrant effective management of project pipeline and project resources

  • 3+ years of experience in a business, technology, consulting, public health, or social services environment
  • Experience building strong relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to be consultative and manage multiple customers and projects at once. You show your resourcefulness by finding creative ways to execute, even when there’s not a predetermined path to follow.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills – you’re an active listener who can break down complex ideas and tailor a message to a specific audience
  • Demonstrated ability to be both organized and agile – you are able to keep projects running smoothly and efficiently, but you know how to pivot when things don’t go as planned
  • Experience analyzing data to pull out insights, tell a story, and drive action
  • Experience learning new tools and software; preferred experience with Jira, Salesforce, and Google Suite
