About the role
The Revenue Operations Analyst is responsible for managing the creation and analysis of reporting related to sales performance, customer service activities and customer conversion. This includes tracking and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying trends and insights, and making data-driven recommendations to improve sales strategies and tactics. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of data analysis, experience using data visualization tools, and the ability to communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences

What we're looking for

Analysis and Reporting:
- Conduct analyses, develop conclusions & communicate recommendations to Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance.
- Partner with vendors and larger data team to maintain tracking plans and ensure data integrity.
- Create, monitor, support and oversee reports and dashboards in Excel, Sigma, Heap Analytics and Snowflake
- Create ad-hoc reports and analysis as needed to support business decisions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Support sales, product, customer service and revenue operations teams by collecting and organizing data to inform and drive decisions.
- Act as a liaison between sales and marketing teams, to fully understand customer experience.
Minimum Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in data analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (such as Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
- Strong understanding of sales operations, including customer acquisition and conversion metrics.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex data analysis to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven experience using data to drive continuous improvement in training programs and optimize team performance.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities and business needs.

$90,000-120,000 Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
