About the role
The Operations Program Manager drives operational change initiatives and assists with the execution of the Unlock operations management system. This role serves as scrum master for change, ensuring change initiatives are thoroughly vetted, prioritized and implemented in alignment with strategic objectives. This role collaborates with stakeholders across Operations, Capital Markets, Technology, Finance and Legal/Compliance to document requirements, identify interdependencies, and orchestrate the planning and execution of change. This role is part of the broader Office of the Chief of Operations, and as such also assists in running the management system, ensuring alignment across teams, and tracking progress against organizational goals.
What you’ll do

- Act as scrum master for change initiatives, including defining a backlog of initiatives and aligning that backlog with organizational priorities.
- Elicit and document detailed requirements for changes from stakeholders across Operations, Capital Markets, Technology, Finance, and Legal/Compliance.
- Identify and manage interdependencies between processes, systems, and team to ensure comprehensive and coordinated implementation of change initiatives, including training where appropriate.
- Draft business requirements that affect business applications or proprietary software and hand off to Product or Revenue Operations accordingly
- Draft business requirements for reporting to control new processes and hand off to Data team for implementation
- Measure and analyze change initiatives and incorporate new issues into backlog.
- Proactively broadcast upcoming “releases” of process, document, and business logic changes. May prepare agendas, briefing materials and supporting documentation for key meetings in support of driving key initiatives.
- May lead special initiatives to address emerging organizational needs, such as launching new programs, improving cross-functional processes, or piloting innovative approaches.
What we’re looking for

- Undergraduate degree (bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, or related field preferred) or equivalent professional experience.
- 2+ years’ experience in product management, program management, business operations (“BizOps”), management consulting, or similar role in a high-growth, dynamic environment
- Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.
- Familiarity with tools and methodologies for organizational goal setting and performance tracking (e.g., Kanban, Agile, etc.).
- Analytical mindset with a focus on driving data-informed decisions.
- Personal computing skills including working knowledge of the common productivity suite environments (Microsoft, Google) and the ability to access, manipulate, organize and relay information in a meaningful way.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to effectively partner with leaders across multiple functions.
- Change management expertise, including establishing the case for change, measuring change adoption, and surfacing structural gaps created by prior change.

Target base compensation is $120,000-135,000 annually. Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
