Supply Planner

We are looking for a Supply Planner to manage and optimize our inventory levels across multiple brands. Your primary goal will be ensuring the right product is available at the right time while balancing supply chain efficiency and working capital investment.
Key Responsibilities
- Optimize planning parameters such as safety stock, order quantities, and replenishment cycles to maintain availability and minimize excess inventory.
- Track and analyze key supply chain metrics, including supplier reliability, lead time accuracy, predicted lost sales and inventory efficiency, and provide the visibility for planning adjustments.
- Develop reporting tools and models to provide visibility on supply chain performance, identifying trends and improvement opportunities.
- Drive efficiency by refining planning methodologies, reducing supply chain costs, and improving working capital utilization.
- Work cross-functionally with brand managers, finance, and logistics teams to align supply plans with business goals.
- Ensure seamless execution of purchase orders, shipments, and inventory replenishments to maintain stock availability.
- Support strategic initiatives such as supplier negotiations, capacity planning, and supply network optimization.
A successful team member will have
- 3+ years of experience in a supply chain planning role
- Ideal previous exposure to e-commerce
- Experience in dealing with systems and technology to scale planning operations: ERP knowledge, SQL, BI software, etc.
- Strong reporting skills for a broad range of audiences: from preparing the data to presenting insights
- Knowledge of different supply chain network configuration
- Determination for automation and process scalability
