This is a hybrid-role based in Los Angeles, with an expectation to be in office at least one day per week for onsite interviews.

You’re as comfortable closing an engineering lead as you are automating a sourcing workflow. You roll up your sleeves to fill roles, but you never stop looking for ways to rebuild, rethink, and retool recruiting for maximum efficiency and quality.

This role is perfect for someone who wants to make a strategic impact without giving up the thrill of hands-on recruiting.

  • Champion structured, bias-free assessments and facilitate training on consistent hiring practices across teams.
  • Build and nurture talent pipelines with an emphasis on self-sourced candidates.
  • Drive offer negotiation and candidate close with high EQ and strong business acumen.
  • Create and manage real-time recruiting dashboards to track time-to-fill, funnel conversion, quality-of-hire, and hiring manager satisfaction.
  • Constantly optimize systems, process, and tech stack to automate low-leverage work and free yourself up to focus on what matters—relationships and results.

EXPERIENCE

  • 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with recent experience in high-growth tech or startup environments.
  • 2+ years in a senior, lead, or strategic recruiting role with proven success owning hiring plans across multiple departments or geographies.
  • Ability to handle high volume of reqs concurrently.
  • Strong execution track record hiring for technical (Engineering, Product, Data) and business (GTM, Ops, People) roles.
  • Experience operating in lean teams where automation and efficiency were essential to scale.
  • Proficient in leveraging recruiting platforms and tools (e.g., Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, SeekOut); familiarity with AI-forward platform and ChatGPT-enhanced workflows.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence executives, guide hiring managers, and close high-caliber talent in competitive markets.
  • History of embedding inclusive hiring practices that improve representation and reduce bias across the funnel.

KNOWLEDGE

  • In-depth understanding of recruitment strategy, legal compliance, and equitable process design across global markets.
  • Ability to connect recruiting outcomes to business impact—workforce planning, organizational health, and performance metrics.
  • Skilled in evaluating and optimizing recruiting tech stacks to reduce manual work and improve quality-of-hire.
  • Data-literate and fluent in funnel metrics; uses dashboards to drive clarity, decision-making, and accountability.
  • Technologically curious—able to test and implement AI tools that automate sourcing, scheduling, or candidate engagement.
  • Confident in facilitating training sessions, hiring manager enablement, and company-wide communications around talent strategy.

DESIRED BEHAVIORS

  • Future-focused—you stay ahead of where recruiting is going and love experimenting with tools that give you leverage.
  • Obsessed with productivity—you automate ruthlessly, prioritize intelligently, and protect your time for high-impact work.

OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
