Online/Offline Campaign Manager International (all genders)

The opportunity 

Urban Sports Club is the European leader in flexible sports subscriptions for both individuals and businesses. With Urban Sports Club’s flexible membership, our members can practice 50+ sports and wellness disciplines (fitness, yoga, swimming, climbing, etc.) in 10,000 partner gyms, offering indoor, outdoor, live, and on-demand online classes. 

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Campaign Manager to join our team in Berlin. This role is pivotal in driving our marketing efforts across all our markets (Germany, the Netherlands, France, Spain, and Portugal) and specifically in our top cities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing B2B campaigns targeted to HR audiences, possess exceptional project management skills, and demonstrate an ability to coordinate both online and offline marketing activities and media channels. You will work closely with multiple internal departments (Marketing, Sales, Product, Legal, Partners) and external providers to ensure seamless execution of our marketing strategies.

Your responsibilities 

Campaign Strategy & Planning:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaign strategies city-focused, with several months of planning, primarily for Germany, and additionally to the rest of our markets
  • Align campaign objectives with overall business goals and sales targets.
  • Conduct market research to understand local (city) and regional (country) nuances and customer behavior.

Project Management:

  • Manage end-to-end campaign execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Utilize project management tools to track progress, manage resources, and coordinate tasks across teams.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including product, marketing, sales, content, design, and analytics.

Online & Offline Campaigns:

  • Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns that include offline media booking (OOH and DOOH, radio, cinema, podcast…)
  • Coordinate online actions (paid social, online display, programmatic with the performance team; outbound with Sales and Demand Generation; events) 
  • Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all channels and materials.

Coordination & Collaboration:

  • Align with the Sales and Partners team to ensure proper offers in the target cities
  • Coordinate With the design team for creative approach and materials generation, within the deadlines of external media providers
  • Work with regional marketing teams to tailor campaigns to local markets and cities while maintaining brand integrity.
  • Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and partners for the execution of various campaign elements.
  • Collaborate with the sales and demand generation teams to develop lead generation and nurturing strategies.

Performance Tracking & Reporting:

  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for each campaign and monitor performance.
  • Analyze campaign data to measure effectiveness and ROI, providing actionable insights for optimization.
  • Prepare and present detailed campaign reports to senior management.

Budget Management:

  • Develop and manage campaign budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
  • Monitor expenditures and ensure the cost-effectiveness of campaigns.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay updated with the latest marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Implement innovative strategies to enhance campaign performance and drive growth.

What you need to succeed 

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing campaign management, preferably targeting B2B audiences.
  • Strong project management skills with experience using tools like Jira, Asana, or similar. Experience with HubSpot is a plus.
  • Proven experience managing international marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent understanding of both digital and offline marketing channels.
  • Experience in media booking.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Full professional proficiency in English; German is a strong plus; fluency in additional languages is advantageous
