The Opportunity 

Join our team as Programme & Business Development Manager (all genders) for the Marketing department, where you'll shape and execute strategic initiatives to drive growth at Urban Sports Club. You’ll collaborate closely with our leadership team to develop and implement impactful marketing strategies. Your role will involve managing budgets for efficient resource allocation, leading cross-departmental campaign coordination, and implementing cutting-edge marketing technologies to achieve cohesive results and long-term success. Your responsibilities 

  • Collaborate closely with the CMO and the marketing leadership team to develop and implement marketing strategies that support organizational goals
  • Be responsible for the strategic management of the marketing budget, overseeing daily financial operations, and ensuring efficient allocation and expenditure
  • Prepare, analyze, and present monthly budget reports, providing insights on marketing performance to the management team
  • Drive the coordination and execution of integrated marketing and business growth campaigns across key departments, including Sales, Partner Management, Product, and Legal, to ensure cohesive and effective strategies
  • Lead the transformation of marketing operations through comprehensive project management, enhancing campaign effectiveness
  • Assess, implement, and optimize new marketing technologies, including AI-driven solutions, to future-proof the organization and drive growth
  • Promote and enhance collaboration within the marketing department and across other business units to strengthen teamwork and drive shared success

What you need to succeed 

  • 10+ years in marketing or sales with a strong background in financial and project management
  • Proven expertise in leading business transformations and implementing financial systems
  • Experience in consultancy with a focus on profitability and sales funnels
  • Background in the tech industry with familiarity in marketing and brand strategies
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders of various seniority levels
  • Capability to deliver compelling presentations to both internal teams and external audiences, including the Management Board
  • Full professional proficiency in English; fluency in German is advantageous.
