Global Tender Manager (all genders)

Your responsibilities 

  • Report to the Director of Sales, providing updates and insights on ongoing and completed tenders
  • Manage the entire tender process from initiation to submission, ensuring compliance with specifications, regulations, and deadlines
  • Act as primary liaison with customers, prospects, and internal teams, providing guidance, coordinating activities, and resolving issues throughout the tender lifecycle
  • Collaborate with our Acquisition, Partner Management, Finance, Legal, and Marketing teams
  • Analyze tender documents, identify key requirements, and develop strategies to maximize success rates
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for potential challenges
  • Generate insights from tender data to inform product development, pricing models, and customer requirements

What you need to succeed 

  • Proven experience in tender management, with 3-5 years in a similar role
  • Strong understanding of tender processes, regulations, and best practices
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Strategic thinker with a result oriented mindset and track record of delivering successful outcomes
  • Experience with tender management softwares
  • Ability to thrive in a faced-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Full professional working proficiency in English and German
