The opportunity 

As Partner Support Specialist (all genders) you will focus on Partner inquiries. You will take over an active role in our team, handling advanced cases independently, maintain knowledge of our Partners and services, and be in close contact with all corresponding team members as well as our Team Leads.

You will ensure a great Partner experience across the whole Urban Sports Group (all brands) so they can, in turn, offer the best experience to our members. You will balance the needs of both groups of customers and so play an essential role in keeping our partners and members happy.

What you will do

  • Responsible for the Onboarding and Offboarding process as well as setting up new locations.
  • Be the first contact point for high-level partner support topics. 
  • Taking ownership for clear and accurate partner profile information.
  • Take care of all the financial and accounting related support requests.
  • Demonstrate deliverables in terms of KPIs and service level agreements.
  • Be the main responsible for contract changes, merchant change and missing payouts tasks.
  • Work in close collaboration with the training and knowledge specialist to drive process improvement and lower the partner contact coefficient in financial support requests.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Excellent communication skills in Spanish & English, both spoken and written 
  • Confident with tools such as Zendesk, Pipedrive and remote tools.
  • Technical mindset and ability to quickly learn new tools and systems
  • Strong analytical skills with a solution-oriented approach to complex partner requests.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • You have the ability to respond appropriately also under pressure and have excellent problem-solving skills
  • You are can motivate yourself, have theability to multitask and pay close attention to small details
