At Nourish, we believe data is a key differentiator that drives smarter product decisions, efficient operations, and ultimately better patient health outcomes. As our company scales rapidly and sets ambitious goals, we are looking for a Product Analytics Lead who can transform untapped data into actionable insights, helping shape Nourish’s next chapter.
In this role, you'll define success metrics, analyze data, build dashboards, and lead A/B tests to drive better patient and provider experiences. Partnering with Product, Engineering, and Operations, you'll uncover insights that shape key decisions and standardize data definitions. In our fast-paced environment, you'll have the autonomy to identify opportunities, propose new initiatives, and help build a data-driven culture from the ground up.
This person will join our Engineering, Product, and Design (EPD) team, and will report directly to our founding Product Lead. We are a team that cares about our work, but we try not to take ourselves too seriously. We believe deeply that empathy, trust, and collaboration are what drive the best outcomes and that work can feel like play!
This role is full-time in NYC (in-person candidates only), with flexibility for remote work. Nourish has an NYC office in the heart of Silicon Alley.

Key Responsibilities:
- Transform raw data into actionable insights: Dive into our wealth of patient, provider, and engagement data - analyzing trends, identifying bottlenecks, and suggesting product improvements that improve patient and provider experiences. This includes designing clear, impactful dashboards that empower teams to make data-driven decisions quickly.
- Design and analyze experiments: Whether it’s A/B tests for new product features or experiments to optimize patient onboarding, you’ll lead the charge on defining success, measuring impact, and iterating based on results. You’ll share your insights with cross-functional partners and recommend next steps.
- Collaborate across functions to solve complex business problems: You’ll be the go-to expert for in-depth analyses that reveal hidden opportunities or issues.
- Establish and maintain a ‘single source of truth’: You’ll help unify our core patient, provider, and RCM metrics into one coherent, reliable repository. By standardizing definitions and ensuring data quality, you’ll enable every team to work from the same page without confusion or duplication.
- Contribute to a data-first culture at Nourish: Educate team members on how to interpret and act on data. Offer training, create documentation, and champion best practices—ensuring that data-informed decision-making remains a part of Nourish’s DNA.
We’d love to hear from you if you:
- Have 5+ years of experience working in data analytics roles, ideally with experience at a high-growth startup.
- Have experience with product analytics and can comfortably analyze event-based data, run A/B tests, and measure the success of new features.
- Are deeply curious and proactive. You don’t just wait for data requests—you actively seek out insights, identify opportunities, and propose ways to make our product better.
- Can turn numbers into stories. You know how to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive product and business decisions. You’re as comfortable building dashboards as you are presenting key takeaways to leadership.
- Do your own stunts. Whether it’s writing SQL queries, defining new metrics, collaborating with engineers to improve data pipelines, or learning a new data skill, you’re hands-on and willing to fill gaps where needed.
- Are a builder. You thrive in an environment where you can create structure from ambiguity, establish best practices, and help shape how data is used across the company.
