Jeeves guidelines also require most homes to have updated or new interiors, fully equipped kitchens, washer/dryers, private pools, and resort access for the most popular resorts in the Orlando area. What we’re looking for

We are looking for a talented Search Engine Marketing Specialist who is passionate about digital advertising and excited to dive in and shape digital strategy for Vacasa.  This is a hands on SEM position.  We do all of our marketing in-house and the right candidate will need to feel comfortable spending their days in ad platforms. Knowledge of Social Media, Photography, Content Strategy, and Streamline PMS system a must. 

Compensation

  • $18 - $20 / hour. Actual pay will vary based on a candidate's skill, experience, education and/or location.

What you’ll do

  • Build and optimize campaigns in Google, Bing, and Facebook ad platforms
  • Keyword research and new market plans
  • Search query optimization
  • Develop and launch ad tests and experiments
  • Build remarketing audiences and campaigns
  • Audience research and building in SEM platforms
  • Campaign and analytics data analysis
  • Campaign reporting
  • Assist Sr. SEM Specialists in strategy and planning

Skills and Position Requirements

  • 1+ years of SEM experience, both in strategy and execution 
  • Experience working with a variety of tools such as Google AdWords, Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, Bing Ads, and Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to define how success is measured and perform analysis on ways to improve the performance of SEM campaigns 
  • Experience developing and implementing ad copy for campaigns
  • Experience in the travel industry, property management, or real estate is a plus
  • Technical computer skills on all forms of hardware - laptops, tablets, and mobile devices, Professional communication in email, phone calls, video calls, and texts, Ability to work well under pressure in an agile, face-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of Social Media, Photography, Content Strategy, and Streamline PMS system

Work Environment and Physical Demands

  • Availability to work Sunday through Saturday, early mornings and evenings as needed. 
  • Occasional need to perform housekeeping and/or inspection duties
  • Ability to stand, sit, and walk for an extended period of time
    • Reach overhead and below the waist 
    • Regularly push, pull, and lift up to 25 pounds
    • Occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds 
    • Bend, stoop, squat, kneel, and twist 
  • Ability to use hands to finger, handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms
