What We’re Looking For

We are looking for an Accountant I to join our International Accounting team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, a deep understanding of accounting principles and practices, and the ability to work independently. This position must be able to set the standard for integrity and professionalism and interact with a diverse team.

What You’ll Do

Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and accruals to ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies.
Collaborate with external accounting firms to prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other accounting documents.
Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
Assist in the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
Monitor and review accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the implementation of best practices within the finance department.
Other tasks and projects as assigned.

The Skills You’ll Need

Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related subject.
Proven experience in accounting or finance roles, with a strong understanding of GAAP principles.
Familiarity with accounting software and account reconciliations, experience with Nestuite is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and G-Suite, with advanced Excel skills preferred.
High level of integrity, analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Bilingual English / Spanish required.
Previous travel or industry related experience is preferred
