Capture Strategist
Vannevar Labs supports people on the front lines by building tools that deter and de-escalate conflict with America's adversaries. About the role
Build Scalable Growth Strategies: You will develop and implement go-to-market strategies that deliver significant growth outcomes at Vannevar.
Collaborate with Mission: You will work alongside our Pod leaders to implement acquisition and capture strategies that expand current deployments and drive new national security deployments.
What you'll do
- Develop and implement customer acquisition strategies.
- Embed with Mission Pods to improve competitive posture toward emerging opportunity spaces.
- Implement business development processes that generate economies of scale for company go-to-market activities.
- Write compelling business development products.
- Develop partnerships for teaming on large opportunities.
- Work with product and engineering teams to translate complex technology concepts into persuasive artifacts for customer audiences.
- Work with mission teams to extract delivery requirements from client needs and industry use cases.
What we're looking for
- 5+ years delivering growth for defense products.
- 5+ years supporting business development and capture activities in defense technology.
- Experience executing growth outcomes across diverse acquisition/procurement vehicles.
- 99th Percentile Writing and Communication Skills.
- Ability to own contract capture lifecycle end-to-end with little oversight.
What we offer
The salary range for this position is $140,000-$170,000 + equity + 401K match. Within the range, individual pay is determined by experience, relevant education, and/or training.
