Growth Operations Manager

The Growth Operations Manager is responsible for the end-to-end process of responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), supporting the growth team with streamlined operations, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, compelling proposals that align with company goals. This role bridges the gap between sales, marketing, and operational teams to drive efficiency, improve win rates, and support revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the full lifecycle of RFP responses, from initial review to submission.
- Analyze RFP requirements to ensure compliance and alignment with company offerings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (growth, client services, team leads, legal, marketing, etc.) to gather required content and approvals.
- Develop and maintain a repository and templates to improve response times and accuracy.
- Track and report on key metrics, including win rates and timelines.
- Develop and maintain tools, processes, and systems to streamline sales operations.
- Support pipeline management, forecasting, and data accuracy within Salesforce.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to design and implement best practices for the sales process.
- Ensure alignment between RFP strategies and broader sales objectives.
- Continuously improve the RFP response process for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on RFP trends, feedback, and outcomes.
- Identify opportunities to automate or optimize sales operations workflows.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in sales operations, RFP management.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce, Hubspot), proposal management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Attention to detail and ability to synthesize complex information into compelling proposals.
- Experience in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong project management skills.
Physical Requirements
- Frequent sitting at a desk performing work on a computer.

- Light travel for clients and leadership meetings, 0-2x month.
Compensation Range: $70,000 - $90,000 annually
Please note that compensation packages are finalized after the interview process is concluded. We use a competency-based approach to base pay, which means it is based on the competencies and skills demonstrated for this role.
