Revenue Intelligence Manager

The Revenue Intelligence Manager will spearhead two critical pillars: Deal Support and Deal Economics. This role is essential for optimizing sales strategies and ensuring the economic efficiency of deals. The manager will standardize and refine processes around Request for Proposals (RFPs), as well as deepen the understanding of key financial metrics such as Lifetime Customer Value (LCV) and Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC). ★ This position will incorporate a mix of industry best practices and innovation to help build a bridge between strategy and execution ★ 

Key Responsibilities

Deal Support - RFP Management: Create and implement standardized procedures for managing RFPs, ensuring clarity in requirements, specifications, and criteria for company projects and services. Conduct thorough post-RFP analyses to continuously improve processes and outcomes. 

Deal Economics - Lifetime Customer Value (LCV): Develop strategies to accurately calculate and interpret LCV, providing insights into the long-term revenue potential from customer relationships. Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC): Analyze and refine the understanding of CAC to enhance the efficiency of customer acquisition strategies, contributing to better alignment with revenue goals. 

  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to deal support and economics.
    • Analyze sales and financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. 
  • Competitive Analysis:
    • Conduct regular market research and competitive analysis to benchmark company performance against industry standards.
    • Provide insights into competitor strategies and market dynamics to inform strategic decisions. 
  • Business Case Development:
    • Assist in developing business cases for large or strategic sales opportunities, demonstrating the potential financial impact and value proposition. 
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with sales, marketing, finance, and product teams to gather relevant data and insights, ensuring cohesive and informed decision-making. 
  • Process Improvement:
    • Identify and implement process improvements within the deal support and economic analysis functions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. 
  • Risk Assessment
    • Evaluate potential risks associated with deals, including financial, operational, and market risks, and provide recommendations for mitigation. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field. 
  • 1-5 years experience in sales support, finance, or revenue analysis. 
  • Experience using Salesforce and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies. 
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills. 
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments to align goals and strategies. 
  • Expected Travel for this position: 25%
