Veriforce, a rapidly growing SaaS company specializing in contractor management and supply chain risk management, is seeking an experienced Vice President of Revenue Operations to drive the effectiveness and efficiency of our sales team.

This pivotal role reports to the CFO of Americas and works closely with and partners with the President of Americas. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in revenue operations, experience with Salesforce as a CRM, and a proven ability to build strong relationships and collaborate across cross-functional teams.


Position Overview

As the Vice President of Revenue Operations, you will lead a high-impact team focused on optimizing the sales organization’s structure, processes, tools, and performance. This role is critical to equipping our sales teams with the insights, resources, and operational support necessary to achieve our aggressive growth goals.

The ideal candidate will be both a strategic thinker and a hands-on leader, excelling at operational execution, data-driven decision-making, and fostering collaboration across the organization. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse teams are essential to succeeding in this role.


Key responsibilities

  • Strategy & Leadership
    • Partner with the CFO of Americas, President of Americas, and senior leadership to develop and execute a revenue operations strategy aligned with Veriforce’s growth objectives.
    • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing Sales Operations team to deliver exceptional support to the sales organization.
  • Sales Process Optimization
    • Design and implement scalable sales processes to increase efficiency and productivity across the sales organization.
    • Identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement, ensuring seamless collaboration across teams.
  • Data & Analytics
    • Develop and maintain robust sales performance dashboards, KPIs, and reporting to provide actionable insights to sales leadership.
    • Conduct in-depth analysis of sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, driving proactive decision-making.
  • Revenue Forecasting & Planning
    • Lead the annual sales planning process, including territory design, quota setting, and compensation modeling.
    • Ensure accurate and timely revenue forecasting by implementing best practices and leveraging Salesforce.
    • Design, implement, and manage sales commission plans to align with company goals, ensure accurate payouts, optimize performance, and maintain compliance while collaborating with Finance, HR, and Sales leadership.
  • Technology & Enablement
    • Oversee the optimization of Salesforce and other sales tools, ensuring they support business goals effectively.
    • Collaborate with Sales Enablement to ensure teams are trained on tools, processes, and strategies to maximize effectiveness.
  • Collaboration & Relationship Building
    • Partner with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure alignment of go-to-market strategies.
    • Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and serve as a trusted advisor to leadership and sales teams.

Required Skills

  • 15+ years of experience in sales/revenue operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, preferably within a SaaS or technology organization.
  • Proven success in building and leading high-performing teams.
  • Advanced proficiency with Salesforce as a CRM is required.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience leveraging data to drive strategy and decisions.
  • Expertise in sales forecasting, territory design, and incentive compensation modeling.
  • Expertise in designing and implementing commissions plans.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present to executive stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
