The Growth Admin will play a crucial role in supporting the sales and marketing teams by managing key administrative functions in Salesforce (SFDC), overseeing opportunity updates, and assisting with marketing automation tasks. This position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently, and experience in Salesforce.
*This is a 1-year temporary position located in Covington, LA*
Key Responsibilities:
- Salesforce (SFDC) Administration:
- Update inside sales opportunity lead types in SFDC.
- Create and manage custom dashboards to track key sales and marketing metrics.
- Perform account merges as needed and ensure proper data integrity.
- Update the status of No Requesting Operator opportunities in SFDC.
- Ensure that opportunity dispositions are updated for Inside Sales opportunities.
- File agreements accurately within SFDC accounts.
- List Enhancement:
- Enhance and update lists to include key company details such as billing address, phone number, and email address.
- Marketing Cloud:
- Assist with tasks related to Marketing Cloud, including list segmentation, reporting, and automation.
- Request Management:
- Process merged or covered under requests efficiently.
- Handle account merge requests, ensuring proper documentation and record keeping.
- Onboarding and Reporting:
- Track and maintain onboarding status reports for new clients and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Experience in Salesforce (SFDC) administration and reporting.
- Strong understanding of Marketing Cloud and its applications.
- Ability to manage and enhance data accuracy within SFDC.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate across teams.
- Ability to analyze data and create reports that drive decision-making.
- Previous experience in sales support, marketing, or growth roles is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of Salesforce Lightning and advanced dashboard functionalities.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and techniques.
