Buyer Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain material master records in SAP PM/MM, ensuring accurate setup of direct and indirect materials aligned with specifications and GMP requirements
- Support supplier onboarding and Third-Party Due Diligence (TPPD) processes by coordinating with Quality, Finance, Legal, and Supply Chain to ensure all required documentation and compliance records are complete
- Manage purchase order lifecycle activities including creation, issuance, order confirmation monitoring, delivery tracking, and expediting to prevent supply disruptions
- Maintain pricing conditions, info records, and source lists in SAP, validating pricing against approved quotes and contracts while supporting cost tracking and invoice reconciliation
- Ensure ERP master data integrity and governance, maintaining accurate, audit-ready procurement and supplier records in compliance with GMP, GxP, and 21 CFR Part 11 requirements
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Planning, Quality, Engineering, and Finance to support MRP-driven procurement, regulatory inspections, and continuous improvement of procurement and ERP processes
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline
- 3+ years of procurement or supply chain experience, preferably supporting direct materials within a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical or biotechnology environment
- Hands-on experience using SAP (MM required; PM preferred) for material master data, supplier management, and purchase order processing
- Familiarity with supplier onboarding, third-party due diligence (TPPD), and procurement documentation within regulated environments
- Strong organizational, analytical, and cross-functional communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accurate, audit-ready procurement records
- Ability to be on-site, full-time, in West Chester, OH

The actual salary is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs, market demand, and competitive market practice. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This salary range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
